This was our first project exploring this groundbreaking technique. We used a total of 3,196 U.S. pennies to illustrate the monumental granite sculpture that is considered to be a national icon. The piece measures approximately 52" x 32" (130cm x 80cm). This piece was purchased by Ripley's Believe It or Not and is currently displayed in their London museum.
